The KB Ladies Hostel building was designed and built for a Ladies Hostel. The structure is in RCC and walls are built by country burnt brick, windows with hard wood fixed with strong iron grills. This is a 3 storied building spread in 15 cents of land with built up area of 10,000 sq.ft.in ground floor and first floor and each floor consist 2,500 sq.ft. There are 600 sq.ft, 480 sqft, 320 sqft rooms attached two modern bathrooms. There are Kitchen, Dining Hall, Prayer room, reception etc. at Ground Floor and Reading Halls around 900 sqft at each floor. There is strong and high compound walls. The first floor is surrounded with spear headed iron bars. The front side is protected with strong iron grills and gate. There are round the clock security guards to protected the building and inmates. There is adequate parking area for vehicles. Hostel owns its own Tempo Traveller and Doctor on call is available. There is 3 phase Electricity connection, Landline, Internet facility etc.

The KB Ladies Hostel is centrally located at a serene dwelling area of Thrissur town at Punkunnam. The Punkunnam Railway station is just 0.5 Kms away from the Hostel. The Thrissur Railway Station and KSRTC are just 2.5 Kms. At Punkunnam bus stop all Limited stop, Fast passenger, Superfast and Express will stop. The punkunnam Siva Temple, Thiruvambady temple, Kannankulangara temple, Sankarankulangara Temple etc. are within 1.5 Kms., Punkunnam church, Sankarayya Road Mosque, Chaithanya Classes, West Fort Hospital etc. are very near. The distance to Cochin International Airport is 50 Kms away and Karippur Airport is 70 kms away.
